At HVAC Commercial we have our own in-house resources to enable us to develop and meet contemporary design requirements that provide the best possible solutions to meet your individual requirements.
This includes the latest computer design tools, eliminating the need to seek advice separately from consultant engineers.
We work closely with our clients, enabling us to provide accurate budget estimations and proposals, designing and engineering to suit each specific project need.
Our design works comply with Australian standards, and industry codes of practice, including environmental sustainability.
Our quality ethos starts on the drawing board and all our design work is certified.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
To ensure that every project is completed to our client's satisfaction, a senior project manager is appointed to oversee every aspect of the project.
Our installers have an average of twenty years' experience in all aspects of the mechanical services industry - from small to large.
No project is handed over until full commissioning and balancing is complete, and operation and maintenance manuals have been compiled.
RELOCATION, ALTERATION, UPGRADE
Over the life of many buildings it is common to renovate and make alterations to internal structure, which affect air conditioning efficiency and effectiveness. This can include re-arraging office partitions to a complete fit-out.
HVAC commercial recognises this and provides a full-service to ensure that appropriate design conditions are retained in new configurations.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
HVAC Commercial stands by the quality of its workmanship providing a 12-month defect liability period and full maintenance backup.
Arrangements can be tailored to suit routine, programmed, or preventative maintenance schedules for each installation.
The service unit endeavours to operate within the operational constraints of each client. It can provide round-the-clock emergency service when needed. As we provide a total service to our clients, we also carry a full range of replacement components.
